What is GoLead?
GoLead is a discipleship and missions initiative designed to mobilize and equip ordinary young adult believers in Asian cities — particularly those with little or no exposure to missions — to engage intentionally in outreach and missions with Unreached People Groups (UPGs).
The Gap We Address
Numerous pre-field mission trainings and Bible college seminars exist. However, these are primarily designed for Christians already committed to going — short-term or long-term missions.
In contrast, the largest segment of young adults in urban churches remains unexposed and disengaged. Limited structured pathways exist to move them toward meaningful mission involvement.
GoLead intentionally focuses on this untapped mobilization segment.
How It Works
The program runs for 10 months in a hybrid format:
- Onsite weekend intensives — deep teaching and community building
- Online Zoom classes — connecting students across countries
- Practicums — hands-on application in local contexts
- Mission trips — cross-cultural engagement
Students progress through three integrated modules: Whole-Life Discipleship, God’s Heart for the Nations, and Witnessing in Marketplace & Missions — each building on the last to move participants from personal renewal to active mission engagement.
The 2026 Maiden Cohort
Our first cohort brings together 70 participants across India, Indonesia, and Bhutan, hosted by a Singapore-based team. More than 10 churches are partnering, representing 5+ Unreached People Groups. Over 80% of participants have never been on a mission trip.
This is just the beginning.
